Due to the entry into force of the amended “Law on Information Society Services” (LSSICE) established by R.D 13/2012, it is an obligation to obtain the express consent of the user of all websites that use expendable cookies, before the latter browses through them.



Cookies and other similar technologies such as local shared objects, flash cookies or pixels, are tools used by the Website server in order to store and retrieve information about their users, as well as to offer a proper functioning of the site.

By the use of these devices it is allowed to the web server to remember some data concerning the user such as their preferences for viewing the websites of that server, name and password, products



On the types of cookies, there are five core groups:

Functional and technical cookies:The ones that are strictly necessary for the use of the website and for the provision of the contracted services.



According to the UE board, cookies that require a previous informed consent by the user are Analytical, Advertising and Affiliation Cookies, making an exception of those that are Technical and those that are necessary for the usability of the website or the provision of services expressly requested by the user.



Cookies are stored on the user’s terminal equipment (computer or mobile device) and collect information when visiting the website or, in order to improve its usability, know the habits and browsing needs of users in order to be able to adapt to him , as well as obtain information for statistical purposes. In the case of those users who already are customers of the Mobility Innovation Vlc (MiV), the information collected with cookies will also serve to identify them when accessing the different tools that Mobility Innovation Vlc (MiV) makes available for the management of the services.

This Cookie Policy will apply to those users who voluntarily visit the Mobility Innovation Vlc (MiV) websites, fill out data collection forms, access the tools that Mobility Innovation Vlc (MiV), makes available to their customers to manage their services, or use any other service on the website that involve the communication of data to Mobility Innovation Vlc (MiV) , or access to data by Mobility Innovation Vlc (MiV), for the provision of its services.

-OWN COOKIES: Sent and managed directly by Mobility Innovation Valencia.

-THIRD-PARTY COOKIES: Sent  from a computer or domain that is not managed by Mobility Innovation Valencia, but by another entity that process the data obtained through cookies, with the purpose of making statistical studies on MiV’s webstites.



 TECHNICAL COOKIES:   These are those that allow the user to navigate through a web page, by identifying the session, it gives access to restricted access parts, as well as allow to the user the set up of the available options.

-ADVERTISING COOKIES: These are those that allow us to know the amount of visitis received in the different sections of the website , analyze the behavior of the users in order to enhance navigation and the service offered by Mobility Innovation Vlc (MiV) (fundamentalmente, Google Analytics), as well as managing the advertising spaces included in the site that visits the user . The data collected throught this type of cookies is used for the elaboration of navigation profiles of users.



 -SESSION COOKIES: This type of cookie allows us to collect data while the user is entering the site.

-PERSISTENT COOKIES: They are a type of cookies in which the data is still stored in the terminal’s user and can be accessed and processed for a period defined by the person responsible for the cookie. The retention time of the cookie will depend on the type and will always be the minimum required  to fulfill its purpose.

In any case, the users can easily manage its navigator in order to block or delete the receiption of some cookies. The fact of refusing  to receive these cookies, does not impeach the user from accessing the information on the MiV’s website, therefore, the use of some services might be restricted. If once the consent has been given for the receipt of cookies, and it is desired to be withdrawed, those stored on the user’s computer must be deleted, through the options of the different browsers.
